Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Vital Fitness, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Vital Fitness is a wellness application that provides photo-based body metric estimates, meal guidance, workout guidance, progress tracking, account tools, and subscription access.

Vital Fitness is not a medical service, medical device, or substitute for professional healthcare advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Vital Fitness. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

• You may create an account using email or Google sign-in.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• You must provide accurate information when using the app.
• You may not use another person's account without permission.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Vital Fitness may offer free access, trials, and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through the applicable app store or payment provider and renew unless cancelled according to that provider's rules.

Current plan details and prices are shown in the app before purchase. Refunds are handled by the app store or payment provider where the purchase was made.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and information you upload. You grant Vital Fitness a limited license to process that content only as needed to provide scan results, account features, and support.

You must not upload photos of another person unless you have their permission.

7. Acceptable Use

• Do not upload illegal, harmful, or non-consensual content.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, scrape, or misuse the app.
• Do not use Vital Fitness for unlawful purposes.
• Do not share your account credentials with others.

8. Health Disclaimer

Vital Fitness provides AI-generated estimates and general wellness suggestions. Results may vary based on photo quality, lighting, clothing, profile information, and other factors.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine. If you have or suspect a medical condition, seek professional medical advice.

9. Intellectual Property

The Vital Fitness app, design, software, branding, and content are owned by Vital or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Vital Fitness except as allowed by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vital Fitness is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of AI-generated results. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

You may stop using Vital Fitness or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms or creates security, legal, or abuse risks.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vital Fitness after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
