Delete an adult cloud account

This page is for a parent or caregiver who wants to delete a Vital Kids cloud account after losing access to the app or signing out. It is not for deleting local-only app data or the separate daily-allowance record.

What deletion covers

A completed account deletion permanently removes the adult Supabase Auth account and the cloud-synced Vital Kids game state associated with it, including saved progress, ratings, and bounded activity context. It does not cancel purchases managed by Apple App Store or Google Play; those must be managed through the applicable store account.

Start a deletion request

Enter the email address used for the adult cloud account. For privacy, we show the same confirmation whether or not that address has an account. If an eligible account exists, the service will send a one-time verification link before any deletion occurs.

Do not enter a child’s email address. The confirmation page will not reveal whether an account exists. Verification links expire and can be used only once.

Other data

Vital Kids is designed to avoid child accounts and child profiles. Local app data can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app. The daily free-allowance record is pseudonymous and is not linked to an adult cloud account; its separate deletion route is described in the Vital Kids Privacy Policy.
