Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Vital Kids, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Vital Kids is a parent-facing utility that suggests quick, phone-down activity ideas for everyday family moments such as waiting, transitions, low parent energy, sibling friction, bedtime, and screen-seeking moments.

Vital Kids is not an emergency service, medical service, therapy service, developmental assessment, childcare substitute, or child-safety monitoring tool.

3. Parent and Caregiver Responsibility

Vital Kids is intended for use by parents and caregivers. You are responsible for choosing whether any suggested activity is appropriate for your child, environment, supervision level, available materials, and local safety conditions.

Always supervise children directly. Stop any activity immediately if it feels unsafe, inappropriate, overwhelming, or unsuitable for the child or setting.

4. Eligibility and Child Use

You must be old enough to enter into these Terms under applicable law. The app is not intended for unsupervised use by children and should not be used to collect child names, child photos, child videos, precise addresses, or child profiles.

5. Free Allowance and Paid Access

Vital Kids may offer a daily free allowance of activity ideas. Paid access may unlock more phone-down ideas for parents without a daily limit.

Where paid access is available, purchases must use native Apple App Store or Google Play Billing. The app must not use external checkout links, donations, third-party payment links, or child-facing purchase prompts.

Prices, renewal terms, cancellation rules, refunds, and restore behavior are shown by and managed through the applicable app store. You should review the store purchase screen before confirming payment.

6. Restore Purchase

If you buy paid access through an app store, restore purchase functionality should use the store account that made the purchase. A failed restore does not remove the daily free allowance where available.

7. Acceptable Use

8. Safety Disclaimer

Vital Kids activity suggestions are general ideas only. Results may be unsuitable for a specific child, location, material, weather condition, public setting, water setting, car setting, or emotional state.

Safety notes and safety stops are not exhaustive. You remain responsible for checking choking hazards, water risk, traffic, heat, allergies, public boundaries, sibling dynamics, fatigue, and any other real-world risks.

9. No Medical, Therapy, Education, or Development Claims

Vital Kids does not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, assess, or improve any medical, psychological, developmental, educational, behavioral, or special-needs condition. Speak with qualified professionals for those needs.

10. Intellectual Property

The Vital Kids app, design, software, branding, activity structure, and content are owned by Vital or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Vital Kids except as allowed by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vital Kids is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, suitability of every activity, or that all risks will be identified. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vital Kids after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

14. Contact
